Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit warm being at the top and the bathroom door didn't close properly, but overall, I couldn't really fault them. Unfortunately, I didn't have breakfast, and there was no heating in the room. We also had a problem with the shower leaking, which resulted in the girls having their showers in my room the following day.
The hotel is situated perfectly for exploring Brighton's vibrant scene, with shops and restaurants nearby, and a short walk to the beach. The rooms were well presented, albeit with room for improvement, offering overall comfort. The service was friendly, although language barriers and some issues with orders were noted. The location is excellent as a base for our stay, though occasional noise disruptions affected the experience. The dining options were decent, providing a good start to the day, despite occasional service mishaps. The facilities were satisfactory, with basics covered but room for enhancement.
The hotel is superbly located, close to restaurants, the beach, and Pavilion. The rooms are comfortable but slightly smaller than expected, with some maintenance issues. The service is exceptional, aside from restrictions on children's breakfast. Dining is good overall, with fresh and well-presented options. The location is central and convenient, but a little distance from the train station. The facilities are adequate, with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was great, very close to the beach and surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants. The rooms, although a bit small, were functional and suited well for a short stay. The service provided by the staff was friendly and welcoming, even with some challenges. However, the dining options were limited, and there were some minor issues with the initial room. The price was reasonable for the value received.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The compact room was comfortable and nice, but there were some maintenance issues like an occasional smell of grease and fat from the kitchen. The service was warm and friendly, although being woken up by an early morning phone call was a bit of a downside. The location, close to Palace Pier and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, was brilliant, but the noise from the bin lorry was bothersome. The dining experience was decent, but the pricing for extra items felt a bit off.
